I believe everyone loves their own family. Today, I try to talk about this topic rationally.
According to Talcott Parson (1902–1979) stated that any kind of organization itself a social sub-system in each social system, and this social system includes many small social systems. An organization is a social system that must have the following characteristics: adapting to the environment; achieving goals, unifying and coordinating; and maintaining an organization’s structure. So, the 4 characteristics can be achieved by having 3 levels of the organization, (1) the decision-making level, (2) the management level, and (3) the operation level. These 3 levels have clear boundaries.
(1) Decision-making level responsible for decision-making and organizational direction. For example, your parents will decide which cities to work in, how many kids they want, and many decisions to set up their own family system.
(2) Management level is responsible for coordinating the work activities of various units within the organization, and it is also responsible for maintaining contact between the organization and the external social system. The nature of the work is semi-opened or semi-closed.
