  • In other words, they are house Slaves, or credit card slaves

2. Normal People = Debt ≤ Saving, Monthly Positive Income-Monthly loan repayment ≥ Minimum living standard

  • In other words, they might have no houses or assets, no debts, have paid off their assets, have enough amount of saving funds or no money for their retirement, etc

3. Middle Class = Debt < Saving, Monthly Positive Income-Monthly loan repayment > Minimum living standard
